Our job as an Owner’s Representative is to guide you through each phase of the construction process.

Phase I: Selection and Negotiation

We assist with the selection of the architect, general contractor and interior designer. This selection is critical to staying on time and on budget, and maintaining quality throughout—and therefore, the overall success of the project. We have a comprehensive, pre-qualified resource base in order to align clients with top professionals who meet their criteria. In this phase, we also value engineer the bids and negotiate contracts to reflect our clients’ best interest.

Phase II: Building/Remodeling Your Home

During the construction process, we strictly monitor quality levels, keep the project momentum and budget on track and on schedule and seamlessly incorporate the owner’s revisions to avoid costly change orders. Hundreds of interrelated decisions occur rapidly during this phase, and our skills in coordinating information and communication between parties ensure that the clients’ expectations are anticipated, met and exceeded. The Owner’s Representative is your eyes and ears on the project and works daily and scrupulously in your best interest.

Phase III: The All-Important Finishing Touches

During the final phase of construction, the small details receive full attention and incomplete tasks are not allowed to linger. We create, manage and ensure the completion of punch lists and final invoices, including holdbacks, are reviewed and audited. We provide training for our clients so that they have a thorough understanding of the new technology in their new home and how it operates. We provide maintenance guidelines, performance expectations on key systems and equipment, plus warranty information.
