Phase I:

We assist with the selection of the Architect, General Contractor and Interior Designer. This step is critical to the overall success of the project, staying on time and on budget and maintaining quality throughout. We have a comprehensive pre-qualified resource base and can align clients with top professionals who will meet all their criteria. Included in this phase is the value engineering of the bids and negotiation of a contract that is in the best interest of our clients.

Phase II:

Our main goals are maintaining quality, keeping project momentum, staying on budget and on schedule, incorporating the owner's revisions and avoiding costly change orders. With hundreds of interrelated decisions occurring rapidly during this phase, we strive to coordinate information and communication to ensure your expectations are met. The Owner's Representative is your eyes and ears on the project and works every day in your best interest.

Phase III:

During the final phase of construction, the small details receive all the necessary attention and are not allowed to linger. Punch lists are created and managed to completion, last minute details are handled and final invoices, including holdbacks, are reviewed. We also make significant efforts to ensure our clients have a thorough understanding of how everything in their new home operates. We provide maintenance guidelines, performance expectations on key systems and equipment, and warranty information.
